We want you to absolutely love your Lili On Style pieces — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns for Store Credit Only

We accept returns for store credit only. Store credit does not expire and can be used both in-store and online.

Return Window

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested or received after 14 days unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Conditions for Returns

All items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear
With original tags and packaging

Please take care when trying items on to avoid makeup, deodorant, or perfume stains.

A 15% restocking fee may apply for excessive returns or if the item condition is compromised.

Exchanges

We do not hold inventory for exchanges. However, once we receive your return, you may use your store credit to place a new order based on current availability.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Discounted or promotional items
Bodysuits and swimwear bottoms

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@lilionstyle.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

How to Submit a Return
1. Email us at info@lilionstyle.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Ship your return using your own carrier, or request a prepaid return label from us. A $10 label fee will be deducted from your store credit if you choose our label.
3. Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued via email within 5–7 business days.

Returns may also be brought to our Blacksburg showroom during business hours.
